BORESCOPE INSPECTION

With certified and experienced borescope inspector’s, Regio Lease perform borescope inspections and blending on large range of various engines and APU types under EASA Part 145 approval in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation. Following the inspections, a detailed video(s) , with a report (including EASA Form1 release) accompanied by the conclusions of the expertise become electronically available online on cloud few hours after the inspections. Mentor visual IQ | Waygate Technologies with 3D measurement is the tool device used which have the advantage of being highly portable and battery powered, which gives much greater flexibility when performing inspections airside, where electrical power is not always readily available. All units are capable of performing digital measurement functions . We generally respond to any request in less than 4 hours, and if necessary, we could support within the day or within 24 hours (depending on the location place of intervention). A full borescope represents about 8/10 hours of inspection per engine to which it should add around 5 hours of reporting (depending on the defects found).
