An aircraft transition refers to the process of transferring an aircraft from one owner, operator, or configuration to another. During the Delivery support , REGIO LEASE accompanies their customers to highlighting the compliance and discrepancies with the Lease Agreement or Purchase Agreement.

REGIO LEASE performs aircraft registration and deregistration by issuing a workscope to MRO for all the registration tasks and local requirements. 

We also manage with authorities to request owner change.

With previous operators’ status and historical records, we can schedule any future events or airworthiness tasks with efficiency for aircraft in an airworthy condition with a valid CofA (or export CofA). 

To keep the aircraft airworthy, scheduled tasks listed in the following statuses will be recorded and managed :

  • LDND, 
  • AD SB
  • STC EO
  • Hard Time
  • LLPs engines, APU, and landing gears 
  • Structural repairs, 
  • All deferred open items
  • …

Based on the applicable registration authority, the manufacturer’s recommendation, and all airworthiness requirements Regio Lease can develop an approved maintenance program. 

This document will be the base of all scheduled maintenance that will apply to the dedicated aircraft.

We manage the storage period of aircraft by managing repetitive inspections and applying storage recommendations from the manufacturer to keep it airworthy.

At the end of the storage period, we can provide Workscope for RTS (Return To Service). 

During this check, all due maintenance will be launched, and the aircraft will be released in airworthiness condition.

REGIO LEASE support their customer with the Registry requirements to be granted with an Airworthiness Certificate/Export Certificate. With an onsite support and a the records knowledge we take care of obtaining the necessary certificates.

Regulatory compliance and documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, including airworthiness requirements, safety standards, and reporting obligations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to ownership, maintenance, and operational records.

During the deregistration and Phase-Out period we can handle all discussion with the applicable authority.

We also edit and certify airworthiness statuses for next operator according to IATA regulation.
